Ayurveda

Ayurveda means the Science of Life. We observe our lives with a wholistic eye of the Body Mind and Spirit. It focuses on the Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Health. Ayurveda can give us clues about balance and harmony of the self in connection with nature and society as a whole.

Each one of us is different because we all have our own thoughts, emotions and choices. Ayurveda, a 5000 year old philosophy from India gives us a way to focus on good health and understand the nature of the inner self. Consequently, it is an individualized approach to health. The Ayurveda class is designed to help each person become conscious of balanced health practices to improve the quality of life.

Ayurveda teaches self-knowledge and self-discovery which allows you to become empowered about yourself. It can lengthen your life when you understand the relationship of the 5 elements to your Body Type. All of this will help you create your own health regimen.
