Water CD

This 30 minute CD will create a relaxation response in any person or environment. With only the quiet sounds of water on the CD, chaos of the day floats away. The CD can be used to assist with sleeping disorders, quieting a noisy classroom or calming the anxious mind.

Not recommended for use while driving.
