MEDITATION CHILDREN AND ADULTS
Meditation is a big word but is basically a simple process. Meditation helps to create balance and harmony in each one of us no matter what the age may be. It is a method to quiet the mind through a deep concentration on our breath, on a word, or perhaps a candle flame. It could be the energy of the self. Meditation helps to clear the mind that allows the energy to flow easily and efficiently throughout the body. The tensions of the day are reduced and perhaps cleared with meditation. A discipline is created to complete important daily activities. We are able to understand and really KNOW THE SELF. Everyone is searching for the deep knowingness that gives us purpose in life. Meditation is not a quick fix to life but regular practice can create major awareness about the self. The results of meditation are subtle and PATIENCE is one of the keys to the balance of life. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE is the other key----at least once a day every day of the week. MEDITATION IS YOUR TIME TO NURTURE YOU.!!!!!!
